Learn tips on fine-tuning your MTB riding position, body-balance on the bike, simple techniques on roads of different conditions that will lead you to drive faster and with more confidence, so you are not forced to dab as much and navigate the tricky bits of the trail on foot. We’ll stop at parts of the trail that we use to acquire new skills, basic or advanced, such as safely navigating a rock garden, repeating the ride in a steep step, or stepping over wet roots.
