Payment Terms

A reservation is only considered confirmed once the initial deposit has been received.

• A first payment of 30% of the total trip price is required at the time of booking confirmation.
• The remaining balance must be paid no later than 90 days prior to departure.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your trip, the cancellation must be communicated in writing by email.

The following cancellation charges apply:

• Within 30 days of booking: the deposit will be fully refunded.
• After 30 days from booking and more than 90 days prior to departure: the deposit will be refunded minus a €500 administrative fee.
• Between 61 and 90 days prior to departure: a cancellation fee of 50% of the total trip price applies.
• Between 31 and 60 days prior to departure: a cancellation fee of 75% of the total trip price applies.
• Less than 30 days prior to departure: no refund will be issued.
